Cain founded Z3nith to make AI readiness measurable and honest for UK businesses. He has spent his career at the intersection of technology, data and organisational change, and built Z3nith around a simple conviction: that a credible score has to be anchored in evidence, not opinion.
Z3nith is an early-stage company and the team is growing. For our specialist consultations we work with a vetted network of independent AI advisers.
Our methodology
We score AI readiness across seven dimensions — strategy and leadership, data foundations, technology and infrastructure, skills and culture, process integration, governance and risk, and measurement.
