Terms of Service

1. The service
Z3nith.ai (the "Service") provides AI-readiness assessments and reports for UK SMEs. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Free, Standard and Premium tiers
The free tier is provided at no cost and without warranty. Standard (£49) and Premium (£149) are paid one-off purchases per assessment. Pricing displayed at /pricing is the canonical source. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Added on 18 October 2026. No VAT is charged. Z3nith is not VAT-registered, so the price shown is the total payable.
3. Accuracy of results
Z3nith reports combine deterministic scoring against a published methodology (the 7-dimension model) with AI-generated narrative from Google's Gemini models. We aim for accuracy and transparency about evidence sources, but the report is a decision-support tool — not a substitute for professional advice, audit, or legal opinion. You are responsible for any business decision you take on the basis of a Z3nith report.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't submit URLs you don't have a legitimate interest in assessing.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Service.
- Don't resell a Z3nith report as a third-party advisory product without our written consent. (Specialists onboarded via the Advisor Program operate under a separate agreement.)
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. If the Standard or Premium report fails to generate (a Z3nith fault), you're entitled to a full refund — email [email protected]. Beyond that, paid assessments are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Intellectual property
The 7-dimension scoring methodology, the Z3nith brand, and the Service's code are owned by Z3nith. Your report — the personalised content built for your business — is yours to use internally, share with your board, and quote externally with credit to Z3nith.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid for the assessment in question (or £100, if that's greater). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the English courts.
10. Z3nith Track
This section was added on 18 October 2026.
Z3nith Track is a subscription for one company website that already has an assessment.
While the subscription is active, or while a payment is overdue, Track does the following. It re-assesses that website about every 91 days. It stores a score snapshot for each run and compares it with the previous snapshot. It allows one extra re-assessment in each of those periods, if you ask for it. It allows one change of the website address on the subscription. It shows sector regulation and funding alerts on the Track dashboard. It emails you the quarterly result, a failed payment, or a cancellation.
You choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. The price is the amount configured for Track at that time. The defaults are £19 a month and £180 a year. The Stripe checkout page shows the amount before you pay.
Stripe takes the payment. The subscription renews automatically each month or each year until it is cancelled. A card is collected at checkout so later renewals can be charged. That includes a checkout where a promotion code makes the first invoice £0.
You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal, from the billing link on the Track dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Until then the subscription stays active. When it ends, the dashboard becomes a read-only history and no further payments are taken. Score history is kept.
If a payment fails, the subscription stays available while Stripe retries the card. If Stripe then ends the subscription, the dashboard becomes read-only.
We do not offer a contractual refund for a period that has already started. If Track is not provided because of a fault on our side, email [email protected]. If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights under UK law, including rights that apply to distance contracts. Whether those rights apply, and whether they end once the service has started, depends on your circumstances. This section does not remove those rights. It does not add a refund promise beyond them.
11. Adviser packs
This section was added on 18 October 2026.
Adviser packs are annual subscriptions for an invited firm.
Each pack limits how many client companies can be stored at one time. Starter stores 25, Growth stores 100, and Scale stores 250. The defaults are £625 a year, £2,000 a year, and £3,750 a year. The Stripe checkout page shows the amount before you pay. Deleting a client frees a place. The count does not reset on its own each year. There is no separate limit on how many colleagues the firm can invite.
The subscription renews automatically each year through Stripe until it is cancelled. The product does not have its own adviser billing page. Cancel by emailing [email protected], or use the billing link in a Stripe email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. When the subscription ends, the workspace is read-only and no new client assessments are run. While a payment is overdue, the firm cannot add clients. Assessments that were already queued can still run until the subscription ends.
The firm may show its name, logo, and colour on client reports. The line "Powered by Z3nith" stays on those reports and on emails the product sends to the firm's clients. The product does not provide a way to remove that line.
The firm is the controller of personal data it uploads about its clients. That includes client company names, website addresses, Companies House numbers, and client email addresses. Z3nith is the firm's processor for that data. Z3nith uses it only to run the assessments, reports, and quarterly re-runs the firm asks for. The firm must have a lawful basis before it uploads client data.
Do not upload client data without a lawful basis. Do not upload special-category data. Do not assess a website the firm has no legitimate reason to assess. Do not hide the "Powered by Z3nith" line. Section 4 also applies.
We do not offer a contractual refund for a year that has already started. If the pack is not provided because of a fault on our side, email [email protected]. Statutory rights, where they apply, are unchanged. This section does not add a refund promise beyond them.
